Letter from the Meeting Planner

Dear IPMA Members,

The 2018 IPMA Annual Meeting was successful in providing beneficial education and networking opportunities to all of its attendees. From surgical lectures, discussions on political initiatives impacting Illinois podiatry, the full licensure discussion panel, and advice on how to survive the new insurance market to demonstrating the value of membership at the IPMA Annual Business Meeting, the sessions and speakers were engaging and proved advantageous. As always, the 2018 IPMA Annual Meeting served as a great platform for our members to connect and share ideas.

Planning for the 2019 meeting is already underway and will be held October 24 – 26, 2019 once again at the beautiful Renaissance, Schaumburg, IL. After hearing your feedback, we’re excited to offer our members huge discounts for our 2019 meeting. Early bird registration will open in February, 2019 and we’re offering over a 50% discount on our 2018 rates. Rates will start at $150 for members and will be free to podiatric residents and students. These rates will expire in May so be sure to register early to take advantage of the savings and don’t forget to stop by the MPC booth at the 2019 Midwest Podiatry Conference being held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago April 10-13, 2019 to get a first look at the preliminary program for the 2019 IPMA Annual Meeting. By attending both the MPC and the IPMA Annual Meeting, Illinois podiatrists can fully satisfy their CME requirements without leaving the state. Stay tuned for future announcements about the 2019 IPMA Annual Meeting in future newsletters and email communications.
